They told me it was a strain and it'd heal. I find out two months later it was a meniscus tear. I fell and injured my shoulder during my business trip and wanted to rule out anything serious before traveling back home. Both the doctor and nurse practitioner were excellent with their timeliness, communication, standard of care - everything. Especially for anything with a possible broken bone or sprain. You will get misdiagnosed. Go to another urgent care, or a real doc instead of wasting your time here. I had come in because of a cycle crash. I explain what happened, and my symptoms, which was mainly my elbow and wrist. But the doc initially only wanted to look at my elbow. I guess because it had the most visible scratches. But I told him to look at my wrist too. Even so, he looked at my elbow for like 5 seconds and said it was a sprain, but would do xray anyways. I asked about wrist again, but insisted that it was likely nothing. He looked at wrist for a couple seconds. Said it was just radiating pain from my elbow. Then said, we could do a xray of wrist if I wanted, but wasn't needed. As if he was annoyed by it. But I insisted, because having broken my wrist before, and due to the nature of my crash, I felt like it was more than sprain. He finally gave in and said we would xray wrist too. We do xray (and only a couple at that), and he says it is just a sprain, no fracture, in kind of a smug way. He just hands me a sling (as an afterthought), gives me a Rx for pain and sends me on my way. But soon after, my wrist progresses to get worse for a couple days. I decide to go to a real doc. The doc there actually listened to me. Based on symptoms, and with plenty of xrays done right, doc there was able to diagnose me. Not only was this Urgent Care doc wrong, he was really wrong. I have not only a broken wrist, but a broken elbow. Bit angry this doc didn't want to listen, dismissed my concerns, and because of that, misdiagnosed me. I travel a lot and was here visiting family my wife called this urgent care to ask a general question or 2 before coming in bc she was uncomfortable and embarrassed and didn’t want to waste anybody’s time the front desk lady was extremely sympathetic and even said she had experienced something similar she even had a suggestion from personal experience for my wife to try that actually ended up helping and she statedthat it was her experience not advice which is all my wife asked it just coincidentally helped to I wish all urgent cares had caring and understanding staff like this lady she understands peoples feelings and relates unlike hospitals and she reassured her she shouldn’t be embarrassed ab her experiencePosted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Benjie M. | Aug 18, 2025Do not go to this place the leadmedical assistant there smokes Vapes in the doctor's office which is totally illegal I started working here for 2 days and I can't do it no more the lead medical assistant has been a medical assistant 6 months and is a joke she's been vaping in the front desk at the office vaping in the exam rooms not doing her job by protocol the health board and the medical board of the state needs a check into this clinic because they have a bunch of little kids running it the nurse practitioner he's awesome but in the same sense he needs to be accountable for his clinical staff and they don't know what the f*** they're doing they play in the phone all day they don't do their job I couldn't take it no more I was like I quit after a day and a half. I have videos of her shaking her butt at work and violating HIPAA and phi regulations that's required by federal government it's a joke if I could ever help somebody else and I love helping patience and I'm experienced medical assistant I would please recommend you go to care now
Donovan H. | Aug 15, 2025You will get overcharged here. They have no idea what they are doing with billing. They have no education on how co-pays and deductibles work. They will make you pay $160 and up for deductibles when the visit itself without insurance is only $125. A friend of mine said they charged his card when he paid as a self paying patient for only $125 and they charged his card over $100 without permission of charging the card and he didn’t know they were going to keep his card to charge more 2 weeks after his visit. And took a month for him to receive a refund because they kept telling him “we’re sending it to billing” this place is a fraud don’t TRUST these people go to a bigger known urgent care.
John F. | Jul 30, 2025This place is a joke, I called to ask some questions this lady Kristen answered the phone she’s rude seemed like she didn’t want to talk or answer my questions I can hear how frustrated she sounded just answering the phone. Didn’t show up because if the phone call was rude then I can only imagine the visit itself.

I thought I had Covid due to the known symptoms and was feeling miserable. I made an appointment and made myself use the last bit of energy I had to go to my appointment. They saw me right away and the customer service was on point. There was no long waits from beginning to the end of my visit. The doctor was very thorough and after fully tested, my Covid test came back negative!!! I just caught nasty cooties from walking through the Strip a couple of days before. Thank God my family did not get sick like I did.
